You’ll find Smev Software & Technical Solution over in the Mannarakulanji-Mulackalathu Building. It’s right by the post office and near the Akshya Center on the Main Sabrimala Road. Being on the road to Sabrimala means we see a lot of people passing through, especially during the pilgrimage season. Our office is a bit different from the usual workshops in the area. We deal with software and technical stuff, so it’s mostly computers and cables here. It isn't a huge, fancy tech hub. It’s just a room where we sit and work on code or fix technical problems for people. Sometimes it’s quiet, just the sound of typing. Other times we are on the phone trying to explain something complicated to a client. We don't use much jargon when we talk to people. We try to keep it simple. If something is broken, we try to find a way to make it work again. The building is old but it suits us just fine. We have our tea breaks like everyone else. The internet can be slow some days, which is frustrating, but we deal with it. We aren't a big corporation. We are just local people trying to help out with technical things. It’s a steady job and we like being part of the community here near the post office. We just do our bit every day.
