Sgm Hospital

We are based at Sgm Hospital over in Parumala, right in the Thiruvalla area. It is a decent place to work and we have been here long enough that most people in Thiruvalla know exactly where to find us. The hospital isn't very large, but it keeps us on our toes from the moment we open the doors. We don't have a big corporate office or a bunch of managers in suits telling us what to do. It is just us, the staff, and the patients who come in every day. The building is a bit older and has its little problems, like a leaky tap now and then or a door that squeaks, but it serves its purpose. We spend our time checking people in, making sure the doctors have what they need, and trying to keep everything moving. It can get a bit slow in the afternoons, which gives us a chance to catch our breath before the evening rush. We are just regular people from the local community. We don't use any fancy marketing talk because we don't think it is necessary. People come here because they know us and they know we will do our best to help. It is just a simple, honest hospital in Parumala. We keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing every single day.
