Pev Constructions Private Limited

Down in Eraviperoor, we have our little office in the Kottuppallil Building. Pev Constructions Private Limited is a small team and we’ve been working around the Pathanamthitta area for a while now. The room number is 4/176C on the first floor, which is where we keep our tools and papers. Living and working in a place like this means you know everyone. We don't go for big, flashy ads or anything like that. Most people just hear about us from their neighbors. Construction is hard work, especially when the rains hit this part of Kerala. We spend a lot of time making sure things are done right the first time. It’s not always perfect, and sometimes we have to go back and fix a little something, but we always show up. We do everything from small renovations to bigger builds. The office isn't anything fancy, just a practical space for us to meet. We like being part of the community here and seeing new structures go up where there was nothing before. It’s a slow and steady kind of business. We just take it one brick at a time and try to stay on schedule. Most of our days are spent out in the sun or rain, keeping an eye on the progress at the different job sites. It's a tough way to make a living but we are used to it by now and wouldn't do much else for a job.
