Nalanda Agencies is situated right near the Panchayat Office in Kaviyoor. We are also very close to the Kaviyoor Post Office, which is how most people find us. It’s a small, local operation in a place where everyone kind of knows everyone else. We don't have a big fancy storefront or neon signs. It’s just a simple building where we handle our daily business. Most of the time, we’re just dealing with the locals or people passing through the village. It’s quiet out here compared to the big cities, and we like it that way. The rain can be pretty heavy in this part of Kerala, so we spend a lot of time making sure things stay dry inside. We don’t have a huge staff, just a couple of us who take care of the counter and the stock. People stop by for a chat as much as they do for business. We handle a variety of items, whatever is needed in the area. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll see anything high-tech or modern. It’s just a basic agency doing what needs to be done for the community. Sometimes we’re busy, sometimes it’s slow, but we stay open and ready.
