Lerion Private Limited

Lerion Private Limited is actually based at the College of Engineering in Aranmula. It’s an interesting place to have an office. Being around a college means there are always students around and a lot of energy. Pathanamthitta is a beautiful part of Kerala, though it can get a bit isolated. We work from one of the rooms assigned to us. It feels a bit like being back in school sometimes. We have our desks set up with all our gear. The view outside is mostly green, which is nice when your eyes get tired from the screen. We don't really do the corporate thing with formal clothes. Most of the time it’s just jeans and shirts. We talk to the professors and sometimes the students come by. It’s a quiet life for the most part. We have a routine that we follow. Work starts in the morning and we take a long break for tea in the afternoon. We don't have a big sign outside or anything like that. People who need us usually know where to find us. It’s a practical setup for what we do. We don't have any big slogans or goals. We just take it day by day and try to finish our tasks. The weather is usually okay, but the monsoon makes everything a bit damp in the office.
