Lazza Ice Creams

We run things out of Pullattu House in Manchalloor, which is a quiet spot in Pathanapuram. Being here in Kollam, the heat can get pretty intense, so ice cream is something everyone around here always wants. We started out small, just a few of us making sure the freezers were running right and the flavors were okay. It is not like those big corporate factories you see on TV. It is more of a hands-on thing here. Every morning, we check the supplies and get the batches ready. The local kids often hang around when the delivery vans are being loaded because they know what is inside. We spend a lot of time making sure the temperature stays just right because the Kerala humidity is no joke. Sometimes the rain in the monsoon makes things slow down, but we still manage to get the work finished. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or shiny offices. We just put our heads down and work in the space we have. It gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of stock coming in, but we make it work. Most of our neighbors know us by name, and that is how we like it. We are just local people making something that keeps everyone cool when the sun is beating down on the streets of Pathanapuram.
