Our place is right across from the Homeo Hospital on Chengazhi Kulangara Road. The door number is 3/122. We've been here for a while now. It’s a good spot because everyone knows the hospital, so we are easy to find. We focus on building and managing local houses. It’s not a big operation, just a few of us who know the trade. We aren't interested in being a huge firm. We like being able to talk directly to everyone we work for. You won't find any corporate layers here. If you have a question, you just ask me or my partner. We spend our days checking on sites and making sure the supplies arrived. It’s a lot of legwork. The road can get busy during clinic hours, but it’s mostly a quiet neighborhood. We don't use big words or try to impress anyone. We just show up and do the work. Construction is about getting the basics right. We focus on the foundations and the walls. We've lived around here our whole lives, so we care about the buildings we leave behind. It’s not about making a quick buck for us. We want the homes to last. Sometimes things go wrong, like a pipe leaks or a wall isn't quite right, and we just fix it. That's how we run things. Simple and direct. No fuss. We just keep building houses for our neighbors and friends around the area.
