Jolly Food Products

Our place, Jolly Food Products, is located in Kadapra, right by the Niranam post office. Being out here is a bit different than being in the middle of a big city. It’s a bit quieter, though we keep ourselves busy enough with the food products we handle. The building is simple and practical. We spend our time checking on batches and making sure everything is packed up right. It’s a lot of repetitive work, but we don't mind it much. There is a specific smell in the air here, depending on what we are working on that day. Sometimes it's stronger than others. The floor is concrete and can get quite cold in the rainy season. We have a small crew, and everyone knows their job. We don’t have a big corporate sign or anything like that. Just the name on the front so people know they’ve reached the right spot. Most of the people who work here have been with us for years. We eat lunch together and talk about things other than work. It’s a relaxed atmosphere, even when there is a lot to do. The post office nearby is a good landmark if you’re trying to find us for the first time. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs to be done. It’s not a glamorous job, but it’s what we know how to do. We like the pace of life out here in Niranam.
