Iqmatrix is located at Swathi Nilayam in Omalloor. This is over in Pathanamthitta. It is a peaceful spot, away from the big city noise of Thiruvananthapuram, even though we are tied to that region for some things. The office is basically a house called Swathi Nilayam. It feels a lot more comfortable than a steel and glass office building. We work from the Imali Kizhakku area. It is the kind of place where you know your neighbors and the postman knows exactly where to drop the mail without looking at the ID. We do a lot of data and matrix-related work here. It is mostly just us sitting around with laptops and cups of tea. We don't have a dress code or anything. Most of us just wear what is comfortable for the weather. The climate in Pathanamthitta is usually quite nice, though it gets very humid in the afternoons. We have a few rooms set up for different parts of the work. It is a small operation, really. We don't go for big marketing or try to act like we are bigger than we are. We just do the technical tasks that come our way. If you walk past the gate, you might not even realize it is a tech company. It just looks like another home in Omalloor. That is how we like it, honestly. It keeps things grounded and simple for everyone.
