We are located at Nazareth Villa, house number 470-B. This is in the Muthupezhumkal area of Vakayar, near Konni. It’s a beautiful part of the country with lots of trees. We do a lot of home building in the local villages. Our team is pretty small. We mostly consist of family and a few workers who have been with us for years. We aren't fancy people. We wear work boots and spend most of our time out in the dirt. Konni is a quiet place, and we like it that way. We don't have a big marketing budget or a shiny website. We just rely on the work we’ve done in the past. People see a house we built and they ask who did it. That’s how we get most of our projects. We try to be fair with everyone. Building can be stressful, so we try to keep things calm. We handle the materials and the labor. Sometimes the rains in this part of the world make it hard to work, so we have to adjust our schedules. We aren't corporate types who sit in air-conditioned offices all day. We are right there on the site making sure the walls are straight. It’s a tough job but it’s what we know. We just want to keep building solid homes for the people in our community. That’s what matters to us in the long run. It is good work.
