Einsatz Technologies Llp is based at Karuna House in Parakkode. It’s in the Puthusserybhagom area, which is a bit of a mouthful to say if you aren't from here. We aren't a big operation. It’s just a small group of us working out of this house. We don't have a sign out front that lights up at night. Most people in Parakkode probably don't even know we are doing tech work inside. We like it quiet. It helps us focus on the tasks we have to get done. We spend our mornings getting through emails and our afternoons working on different projects. There isn't a lot of ceremony here. We don't have a dress code; we just wear whatever is comfortable. Karuna House is a steady place to be. We’ve got our computers set up and enough tea to keep us going all day. Sometimes we sit out on the porch when we need to talk something through. We aren't trying to be the next big thing. We just want to do solid work for the people who need it. It’s a simple setup at Einsatz. No fancy jargon or complicated systems. We just take it one day at a time and try to make sure we finish what we started. If you happen to be in Vayala, you might pass right by us without noticing, and that’s just fine with us. We just keep working.
