Cheesy Spot Private Limited is our little company over in Thiruvalla. We are located at 39/31-1, Ottakuzhiyil. Pathanamthitta is the wider area, but we are right here in the heart of town. The name gives a hint at what we like, which is mostly cheese-based things. We started this because we thought Thiruvalla needed a place like this. It’s not a huge corporation, just a few of us working together. Our address is 689107. The space we have is simple and we spend most of our time making sure everything is fresh. We don't have a lot of fancy equipment, just the stuff we need to get by. It’s a bit of a local hangout. People know where Ottakuzhiyil is and they find us easily enough. We aren't trying to be some high-end gourmet shop. We just want to serve things that people enjoy eating. Most of the work is behind the scenes, dealing with suppliers and keeping the shop clean. We don't do much in the way of big marketing. We just open the doors and see who comes in. It’s a nice way to spend the day. Sometimes it's quiet and sometimes it's really busy, especially in the evenings. We’ve been here for a while now and we feel like part of the neighborhood. It's just a regular local business doing its best. We like the people here and they seem to like having us around. It keeps us going every day.
