Av Super Market

Av Super Market sits right on the Puthenpedika Road in Anandapally. It’s a good spot because everyone passes by here on their way into Omallur Kla. We aren't as big as those giant malls in the city, but for our neighborhood, we carry plenty of stuff. I started working here a while back and the days just blend together sometimes. You’re always stocking shelves, checking what’s running low, and talking to the regulars who come in for their weekly shopping. The floor gets a bit scuffed up from all the feet, and the lights sometimes flicker a bit in the back corner. We don't mind much, it’s just the character of the place. We keep things like soap, rice, oil, and snacks. Most people know us by name and we know theirs too. It’s a nice community around here. When the rain starts, people often duck inside to wait it out, so it gets a bit crowded near the door. We just keep the aisles as clear as we can. It isn't anything fancy, just a local supermarket trying to provide what people need. The traffic on Puthenpedika Road can be a bit much during the evening rush, but that just brings more people through the doors. We just keep our heads down and do the work. It’s a simple way to make a living and it serves the folks in Omallur Kla well enough.
