Automonde Solutions is located at Door No. 13/263, in a place called Pushpamangalam. We are out in Piravanthoor, which is part of the Kollam district. It’s a nice part of Kerala to work in. Our office isn't in a skyscraper or a modern tech hub. Instead, we work out of a more traditional building that feels a bit more like a home than a workplace. We find that this helps keep everyone relaxed. We deal with various solutions for our clients, mostly technical stuff that requires a lot of patience. There are no big bosses barking orders here. We just work together as a small team to get through the daily list of chores. The neighborhood is fairly quiet, which is great for concentration. Sometimes we take our breaks outside to get some fresh air. We’ve been in Piravanthoor for a while and most of the locals know where we are. We don't do a lot of advertising. Most people find us because they heard from a friend or a neighbor. We keep our records in simple folders and our desks are usually covered in notebooks. It might look a little disorganized to an outsider, but we know where everything is. We aren't interested in being a huge corporation. We just want to do our work and go home to our families at the end of the day. It’s a simple life, and we like it that way. That is the way we operate.
