We opened Dhirajsons Mega Store Pvt.Ltd in Mehsana to give people a place to get what they need without traveling too far. The store is at 64/Anupam Society in the Ambavadi area. It is right near Arodram and just behind the Modhera Cross Road. This neighborhood is where many of us grew up, so it felt right to set up shop here. We carry a bit of everything, from groceries to household items. Most of the staff live nearby, so they walk to work. In the mornings, we spend time unpacking crates and putting things on the shelves. It can get a bit messy when a big shipment arrives, but we try to clear the aisles quickly. People from the Anupam Society come in every day for their milk or bread. We know most of our customers by name. It is a regular store, nothing too fancy, just rows of shelves and a couple of billing counters. The air conditioning sometimes struggles in the peak of summer, but we keep the fans going. We aren't a giant supermarket chain, but we have enough to keep the local families happy. Dealing with suppliers takes up a lot of my afternoon. It is a steady business and we just keep at it day after day. It is good to be part of the community in Mehsana. We hope to stay here for many more years.
