Superstrom Technologies (Opc) Privatelimited is a small operation run out of Nayagaon in Mohanpur. We are located at Madan Mohan Jana’s place. It’s deep in Paschim Medinipur, so it’s a lot quieter than the big cities. The office is basically just a room with some gear in it. We don't have a big sign out front or anything fancy. People usually just find us by asking around the neighborhood. It’s a very local vibe. We know most of the people who walk past the door. The work we do is technical, but we don't talk about it in a complicated way. We just sit down and get it done. There isn't a boss breathing down your neck here. It’s more about everyone doing their part so we can all go home on time. Sometimes the rains make it hard to get around, but we manage. We aren't looking to become some giant corporation. We like being in Midnapore and working from this spot. It’s simple and honest work. We spend our breaks talking about local things or just sitting quietly. It’s not a fast-paced environment, but we stay busy enough. The walls could use a fresh coat of paint, but it doesn't bother us. It’s just a place where work happens without any extra drama or polish. We like it just the way it is here in Nayagaon.
