Our office is tucked away on Gurudwara Road over in the Kharida area of Kharagpur. We are based out of Sukhram Bari, which most local folks around here know pretty well. It’s not some big glass building; it’s more like a regular house that we’ve turned into a workspace for our networking projects. If you are looking for us, just ask for Rajesh Kr Das’s place. We spend a lot of our time dealing with cables, routers, and making sure the internet connections stay stable for everyone we help. It can get a bit messy with all the wires and boxes lying around, but we know where everything is kept. The neighborhood is usually quiet, though you hear the traffic from the main road now and then. We don’t have a fancy lobby or anything like that. Usually, there’s just a few of us sitting around a table with our laptops open, trying to figure out a connection issue. We’ve been in Kharagpur for a while now and we like being part of this community. It’s a practical setup. We come in early, drink some tea, and get to work on whatever networking tickets are waiting for us. There’s no big sign or flashing lights outside, just a small space where we get things done. Sometimes the weather makes the work a bit harder, especially when we have to check outdoor lines in the heat, but that’s just part of the job here.
