Kraft India Pvt, Ltd.

We are located on OT Road in Kharagpur. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there is always a lot of dust and the constant sound of truck horns. Kraft India Pvt, Ltd. is a small operation, even if the name sounds a bit bigger than we actually are. We have a simple setup where we do our manufacturing and storage in one building. The walls are plain, and we haven't bothered much with the paint lately because we are too busy. We focus more on what’s happening inside with the production. It’s a lot of boxes and heavy lifting every single day. We have a few local guys who help us out with the daily tasks. We don't have a big HR department or a receptionist at the door. If you come by, you’ll probably just find one of us near the back entrance moving pallets or checking the inventory. We like the location because it’s easy to get onto the main highway. It saves us a lot of time when we are sending stuff out to other places. Some days are slow and we just clean the equipment, and other days we are working late into the evening. We don't use a lot of big words or try to impress anyone. We just want to make sure the items we produce are solid and that people aren't waiting too long. It's just a job and we do it.
