Cpsp Technologies Private Limited is based right out of the STEP building at IIT Kharagpur. Being in Midnapore gives us a bit of a different perspective than if we were in a huge city like Kolkata. We focus on technology, which is a broad field, but we mostly stick to what we know best. Since we are located on a campus like this, there is always a lot of energy around, though our own office is pretty quiet and focused. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We are just a bunch of people who enjoy working with tech and seeing what we can build. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens and typing, but we find it rewarding when a project finally clicks into place. The office isn't anything special to look at—just desks, chairs, and computers. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write polished speeches for us. We just do the work and hope it speaks for itself. It can be a bit isolated out here sometimes, but the environment at IIT is great for thinking. We have had our ups and downs like any small business, but we keep showing up every day. If you need some technical stuff sorted, we are usually around. We just want to keep things running smoothly and help out where we can without making a big deal out of it.
