We are based out in Chormundi, which is in the Malincha area of Gopiballavpur-II. It’s deep in West Midnapore, near the 721517 zip code. It’s a very different vibe from the city. Our site at Chormundi is where we handle our technology operations. It isn't a big glass building; it’s more of a practical structure that fits the local landscape. We do a lot of tech work that people might not expect to find in a place like this. Since we are out here, we have to be pretty self-reliant. If something breaks, we usually have to fix it ourselves because it takes a long time for anyone to come out this far. We have some computers and some networking gear set up. The air is much cleaner here than in Kolkata, which we appreciate. It can get very quiet at night, which is good for focusing on difficult problems. We aren't a big team, just a handful of us who live nearby or moved here for the work. We don't have any formal meetings with slides and presentations. We just sit around a table and talk about what needs to be done for the day. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't have any fancy perks, just a place to work and some good people to do it with. It’s a simple life out here in West Midnapore, and we like it.
