We are over in Midnapore at Tushar Kanti Hazra’s place in the Barpara area. West Midnapore is where we are based, specifically at 721253. It’s a bit of a trek from the main cities, but we like the quiet here. We do technology work, which covers a lot of different things depending on the day. Our office is basically a part of a house that we’ve taken over with all our gear. There are wires running along the floor and boxes of parts sitting in the corners. We don't have any fancy signs or a big lobby. Most people who come here are just friends or people who heard about us from someone else. It’s a very local feel. We drink a lot of water because it gets really hot in this part of West Bengal. Sometimes we work on the porch when it’s a bit cooler in the evening. We aren't trying to be some huge tech giant. We just want to do good work for the people who need it and make enough to keep the lights on. It’s a small team, and we all help out with everything, from fixing a computer to cleaning the floor. We don't have a HR department or anything like that. If there’s a problem, we just talk about it over lunch. It’s a practical way to run a small technology business in a place like Barpara.
