Padala Sridhar

Padala Sridhar is the name of our operation, and we are based at House No. 3-74 in the village of Hanumanthuni. This is located in the Peddapalli Mandal of the Karimnagar district. We don't have a separate office building; we just work from our home. It is a very direct and personal way of doing things. Our village is quite peaceful, surrounded by green fields and open sky. Most of our work involves helping our neighbors with various needs they have in their farming or daily lives. We sit in the front area of the house where there is some shade. It’s not a corporate environment at all. We just have a few ledgers to keep track of our activities. People stop by at all hours, sometimes just to talk and other times for business. We have lived in Hanumanthuni all our lives, so we have deep roots here. It’s a very simple existence without the stress of the city. We don't have any marketing materials or a fancy sign out front. Everyone knows where House No. 3-74 is anyway. We just try to be honest in our dealings and help out where we can. It’s a way of life more than just a job. We take things day by day and value the relationships we have with the people in Karimnagar and the surrounding Peddapalli areas.
