Writing Rodgers Solution Llp is tucked away in Deshbandhu Nagar North. We are on the 3rd floor, Flat No.A3, in the BE1/5 building. It is more of a residential-style setup, which actually makes the office feel quite comfortable. It doesn't feel like those cold, glass buildings you see in the tech parks. We have some plants by the window and a few mismatched chairs in the waiting area. Most of the time, the office is pretty quiet because we are all focused on our writing and solutions work. Being in a flat means we have a small kitchen area, which is great for making snacks. The neighbors are mostly families, so we try to keep the noise down. Deshbandhu Nagar is a decent place to be. It has a bit of a local charm. We’ve been working from this flat for a bit and it suits the way we operate. We don't have a big corporate structure. If something needs fixing, one of us just goes and fixes it. We handle everything ourselves, from answering the door to managing the accounts. It is a lot of work, but we prefer it this way. It keeps us close to what’s happening in the business. We are just a small group of people doing our thing in a quiet corner of North Deshbandhu Nagar. It's not a flashy lifestyle, but it’s ours and we are proud of how we manage things on our own.
