Rudranshbharti Multibussines is run from a small setup in the village of Chandwana. We are located at C/O Rudransh Food & Spices, which is the heart of what we do. Being in a village means things move a bit slower than in the big cities, but there is still plenty to do. We handle a lot of different things, which is why we call it a multi-business. Mostly though, we are focused on the food and spices side. The air here is a bit fresher, but the roads can be a bit rough when the rain comes. Our office is just a simple room with some desks and a lot of storage for our products. You can often smell the spices being sorted or packed nearby. It’s a family effort for the most part. We don’t have a website with fancy graphics or a marketing department. We rely on people knowing us in the local area and through word of mouth. Sometimes the internet connection is a bit slow, so we have to be patient with our work. We do all the heavy lifting ourselves, loading bags and checking the quality of the harvest. It’s hard work and your hands usually end up smelling like turmeric or chili. We like being part of the village community. It feels more personal than being in a crowded industrial estate. We just take it one day at a time.
