Prime Computers

Prime Computers is located right near the Super Market in Lokmaniya Nagar. It’s a handy spot because people can just drop off their PCs while they go do their grocery shopping. We’ve got a workspace set up where we take apart laptops and try to make them run faster. The shop is filled with various cables, old hard drives, and boxes of new keyboards. We don't go for the high-end look; it’s more of a practical workshop where work actually happens. Lokmaniya Nagar is a nice area, and we’ve got a lot of regulars who live nearby and bring their kids' school computers in for us to look at. We don't use big words to explain what’s wrong with a machine. If a fan is broken, we say it’s broken. It's just a small team here, mostly just me and a helper keeping track of the inventory. The light in the back of the shop flickers sometimes, but it doesn't bother us much. We keep a diary for all the jobs we take on so we don't lose track. Sometimes people come in just to ask for advice on what laptop they should buy next. We give them our honest opinion based on what we see breaking most often on our workbench. It’s a quiet, steady kind of business. We’ve been here for a while and plan on staying put.
