Podar International School

We are out here on Jintur Road in Parbhani. Podar International School is just a part of the landscape here now. The road can get a bit dusty during the dry season, so we spend a lot of time cleaning the windows and the front entrance. It’s a fairly quiet part of town compared to the main market, but we still get plenty of activity during school hours. Our address is easy to find if you’re heading out toward Jintur. We have a simple gate and a paved area where the buses park. The building itself is sturdy and does the job. Inside, it’s mostly just classrooms and a small office area where the staff sits. We don’t have any fancy air conditioning in the halls, just the usual ceiling fans that hum all day long. Most of us who work here are locals from the 431401 area. We know the families and the shopkeepers nearby. In the mornings, you can hear the kids playing before the first period starts. We just try to keep things organized and make sure the water coolers are filled. There’s no big mystery to how we run the place. We just follow the schedule and go home once the gates are locked for the night. It’s a practical, everyday sort of job for everyone involved. We like the routine and the way the school feels like a small community of its own. It is just a normal school.
