We are based over at Plot No. 17 in Pir Nagar, which is part of Nanded. It is a straightforward spot, not too far from the main roads but quiet enough to get work done. The office is a simple building where we handle all our software development. It’s mostly just a few rooms filled with computers and whiteboards that are usually covered in scribbles. We don’t have a big marketing team or anyone in fancy suits. Most of us show up in jeans and get straight to coding. Pickupbiz Software started here because we wanted to work in our own town instead of moving to a bigger city. The neighborhood around Pir Nagar is mostly residential, so it feels very local and friendly. Sometimes we have to deal with power cuts or slow days, but that is just part of being here. We have a small area where we eat lunch together, usually talking about movies or whatever is happening in Nanded that week. It is a very relaxed atmosphere, but we take the software side of things seriously. The office isn't anything you would see in a magazine, but it’s ours and it serves its purpose. We just keep our heads down and try to write clean code for our clients without making a big fuss about it. We’ve got a small garden patch out front that we try to keep alive, though the sun in Nanded is pretty harsh most of the year.
