Unisys Syscen Solutions

Unisys Syscen Solutions is based out here in Pune, Maharashtra. We started this because we knew a bit about systems and figured we could help people out with their technical stuff. It’s a lot of sitting in front of screens and trying to figure out why things aren't working the way they should. Pune is a big city with lots of companies, so there is always something to do. We don't have a massive office with a bunch of receptionists. It’s mostly just us handling the day-to-day tech problems that come our way. Sometimes the work is complicated, and sometimes it's pretty simple stuff that just takes time. We try to keep things moving along. It’s not always exciting work, but it is necessary. We’ve had to learn a lot as things change in the industry. It’s just a normal job for us. We don’t really go in for those big corporate slogans or anything. We just deal with the solutions people need and try to be honest about what can actually be done. It can be a bit tiring when there are a lot of tickets or requests coming in at once, but we just take them one by one. Being in Maharashtra gives us plenty of chances to work with different kinds of folks. We just keep at it every day and try to stay on top of the workload. It is basic work, but it gets the job done.
