Pera Pvt Limited

Our office is over at Plot 143 in F-Sector. It is located right near Monk School here in Itanagar, which makes it pretty easy for people to find since everyone knows where the school is. During the morning hours, you can hear the kids playing outside, which is a nice change from the usual quiet inside our office. Pera Pvt Limited is where we handle all of our daily operations and administrative work. It is a decent-sized plot with enough space for us to keep things running smoothly. We are not a massive corporation with glass walls and people in fancy suits. It is more of a practical, lived-in space where we sit down and actually get the work done. The weather in Itanagar can be a bit unpredictable, so we spend a lot of time making sure the building stays in good shape. We have a small kitchen area in the back where we make tea throughout the day. Most of us have been working at this location for a few years now. The F-Sector area is mostly quiet except for when school starts or ends. We find that the location works well for what we do. Sometimes we have to deal with dusty roads or the heavy rain, but that is just part of living here. We keep our main records in the back room. There is always something to do, whether it is answering calls or sorting documents.
