Divine Overseas

Our place, Divine Overseas, is located at 20 Sanoli Road. We are right near the Old Sabzi Mandi, which is always a very busy and crowded part of town. There are people, animals, and carts everywhere, especially early in the morning when the market is in full swing. Our building is an older one, tucked into the side of the street. Inside, we have rooms filled with our products, mostly textiles and home goods that we prepare for shipping out. The smell of the market is always in the air, a mix of vegetables and diesel from the trucks. We don't have a big, fancy storefront for people to browse. Most of our work happens in the back where we inspect the items and get them ready for the boxes. It’s a tight space, and we often have to move things around just to get from one side of the room to the other. There’s a lot of shouting and noise from the street, but we’ve learned to tune it out over the years. Our staff is mostly people from the local neighborhood. We treat each other like family, even when we have disagreements about how things should be packed or labeled. We don't use much technology beyond what's absolutely necessary for our daily tasks.
