You can find Jai Balaji Export over at 596/7 Daya Nand Road. We are quite close to the veterinary hospital, so there’s always people walking their animals by or trucks coming and going. It’s a lively little pocket of the neighborhood. We’ve been operating out of this building for quite a while. It’s not a modern glass building; it’s just an old-fashioned brick spot where we do our business. Most of what we do involves sorting through items and getting them ready to be sent out. It takes up a lot of space, so the rooms are usually filled with boxes stacked nearly to the ceiling. Sometimes we have to move ten things just to find the one we need, but we have our own system that works for us. The walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint, but we’d rather spend our time getting orders out the door. We usually have the radio playing in the background to keep things moving. It’s mostly just family and a couple of guys from down the street who help us out. We don’t really do much advertising because people around here already know who we are. If you walk in, you’ll probably see us sitting at the old wooden desk or checking the labels on the crates. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from morning until night. We don’t ask for much more than a productive day and a bit of quiet at the end.
