We are based on Sanoli Road. It’s a busy stretch of road with a lot of dust and noise from the passing trucks and cars. Saarthi Inc. operates out of a modest building that sits right along the main path. Most days, you can hear the traffic outside while we are working. It’s a very hands-on environment here. We have a lot of inventory coming in and going out, so there is always someone moving boxes or checking lists near the entrance. The floor is concrete and the lights flicker occasionally, but it doesn't bother us much. We’ve been on Sanoli Road long enough that we know most of the other shop owners and workers nearby. It’s a hard-working part of town. We don't have a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door will see what you need. Our office area is just a few desks tucked away in the back where we handle the billing and the paperwork. We don't use any fancy software for everything, just some old spreadsheets and notebooks that have served us well. It isn't a place where people wear ties or have formal meetings. We usually just talk across the room when something needs to be decided. It’s a simple way of running things, but it keeps the business moving. The tea man comes by twice a day, and that’s usually a good time to take a five-minute break.
