M N Synergic Institute

We’ve been here at 1785 in the Nhbc area of Panipat for a while now. It is a busy spot, especially in the mornings when everyone is heading out. Running M N Synergic Institute takes up most of our time, but it’s what we do. The building isn't anything fancy, just a regular place where people come to learn things. Sometimes the electricity acts up or the street gets noisy, but that is just Panipat life. We spend a lot of our day just setting up chairs, making sure the lights work, and checking that we have enough chalk or markers. It’s mostly about the routine. Students come in with their bags, they sit down, and we get to work. There isn’t much downtime between the different groups. We’ve seen a lot of faces pass through these doors over the years. Some stay for a long time, others just for a few months. Panipat has its own rhythm, and we are just one small part of it here at Nhbc. We don't really have a big office or anything. It's just us in the rooms, doing the teaching and keeping the place tidy. Most days are pretty much the same, which is actually kind of nice. You get used to the sounds of the traffic outside and the way the sun hits the front door in the afternoon. It is just a local place for local people. We have been in this part of Panipat for a good while and we know the area well.
