Food Garage Nh 1

If you are driving down NH 1 towards Panipat, you will see our place at the 76 Mile stone near Samalkha. Food Garage Nh 1 is located right by the DPS school, so it is a convenient stop for travelers or people living around here who do not feel like cooking at home. Being right on the highway means we see a lot of different faces every single day. The place is basic but it gets the job done when you are hungry on a long road trip. We keep the doors open and the stove going from the morning until quite late at night. It gets a bit dusty being so close to the main road, but we try our best to keep the seating area tidy for everyone. We are not part of any big chain, just a local spot that happened to find a good space on the side of the highway. There is enough parking out front for a few cars and bikes. Most of our staff lives nearby in Samalkha, so we know the area and the people pretty well. It is nothing special to look at from the outside, just a regular building with some tables and a kitchen in the back. Sometimes the highway noise is a bit much, but that is part of being in this location. We just try to keep things simple and fair for whoever walks in.
