You’ll find Shree Ram Vijay Oil Mills located near the HDFC Bank, right by the Thakker Bapa Cokdi area in Dahod. It’s a spot that stays pretty busy throughout the day. We’ve been running this mill for quite a few years now. The smell of pressing oil is something you get used to pretty quickly when you work here. It’s a dusty, loud environment with the machines running, but it’s what we know. We don't have any polished sales pitches. We just produce the oil and sell it to the folks who come by. The shop is small, and we spend a lot of time moving heavy tins and bags around. Sometimes the machinery acts up and we have to spend the afternoon fixing it ourselves. That’s just part of the trade. We aren't a big industrial factory, just a local mill serving the community. People from around the Cokdi know us well. We don't bother with fancy packaging or high-end branding. It’s all about the product inside the container. We open the shutters early and usually stay until the sun goes down. It’s a simple way of living and working. We like being part of the Dahod market scene. It’s been a long journey for us here, and we just take things one day at a time, making sure the oil is ready for whoever needs it. It gets hot inside with the motors running, but we just keep at it.
