Vaydik Agro Enterprises Llp is situated in the Industrial Estate of Panchkula, Phase-I, specifically at Plot Number 24. This is an industrial area, so there are always factories and warehouses nearby making plenty of noise. Our place is basically a large shed where we handle various agro-related tasks. It is very practical—lots of concrete, high ceilings, and space for loading trucks. We don't have air conditioning in the main area, so it gets pretty warm in the summer months. We mostly focus on the processing or storage side of the agricultural business. The team here is small, mostly local guys who know how to handle the heavy lifting. We start the day early, usually before the heat gets too bad, and spend a lot of time checking the quality of the incoming loads. There is no corporate polish here; the walls are stained, and the floor is scuffed from pallets being moved around. We have a small desk in the corner for the paperwork, but most of the work happens out on the floor. It is a straightforward operation. We receive the goods, check them, and send them out again. It is a lot of physical work and logistics coordination, but it keeps the wheels of the local agriculture economy turning in this part of Haryana. We just do our bit and go home tired every day.
