Suvisha Mixi

Our workshop is located near Kalka Chowk on the GT Road, right in the MIDC Ambad area. It’s a spot that stays loud because of all the heavy trucks passing by, but we don't mind it much anymore. Suvisha Mixi is basically a place where we handle a lot of small parts and assemblies. If you walked in, you'd see tables piled with motors, plastic casings, and different bits of hardware. It’s not the most organized looking place, but we have our own system that works for us. The air usually has a bit of that electrical smell, and there’s always someone testing a unit to make sure it spins right. We have a small team of guys who have been here for years. We don’t really have titles or anything like that; everyone just does what needs doing. Sometimes the power goes out, which is common around here, and we all just sit outside and wait for it to come back on. Those are the times we actually get to talk about things other than work. The MIDC area is full of businesses like ours, so there’s a sense of being in it together. We don't spend money on fancy signs or glossy brochures. We just put the mixers together, pack them into boxes, and get them ready to go out. It’s a simple operation, and we like the practical side of it. We just keep our heads down and get through the workload.
