Process Engineers

You can find Process Engineers out in Vill. Mandhor. We are located on Naraingarh Road, not far from the P.O. Baldev Nagar. It’s a bit of a drive from the main city, but we like the space we have out here. Being on the road means we get a lot of dust from the passing traffic, but that’s part of the deal. We do engineering work, mostly focused on industrial processes. We have a yard where we keep some of the bigger equipment. It’s not a shiny corporate office. It’s more of a functional workspace where things actually get built and tested. The staff is mostly local people from the nearby villages. We don't have formal dress codes here. Usually, it's just work clothes that can get a bit dirty. We spend our mornings checking the schedules and the afternoons working on the equipment. Sometimes the weather makes things difficult, like when it rains really hard and the yard gets muddy, but we just deal with it. We aren't looking for fame or anything like that. We just want to do the engineering jobs that come our way and make sure the machines work like they’re supposed to. It’s a quiet life for the most part, away from the hustle of the big industrial parks. We just do our own thing out here in Mandhor and keep the work moving.
