Pharma Solution

Pharma Solution is based in the Housing Board area. It is a pretty straightforward location and we have been here for a long time. We don't have a big fancy office or multiple departments. It’s just a single unit where a few of us work to keep the pharmaceutical solutions business running. The Housing Board neighborhood is a busy place with lots of families and other small shops nearby, so there is always some activity on the street. Inside our office, things are kept very simple. We have a couple of desks that have been with us since we started and a lot of metal cabinets for all our files. We don't have a receptionist or a waiting room because we aren't really set up for walk-in customers. Most of our work is done over the phone or by email. We spend our days tracking shipments, talking to suppliers, and making sure the paperwork is all in order. It’s a small, tight-knit group here, so we all know each other’s business and help out whenever someone gets too busy. We usually have a pot of tea going and we take turns bringing in snacks. It’s not a corporate environment by any means. We just do the work that needs to be done without making a fuss about it. Being in the Housing Board area makes it easy for us to get to other parts of town when we need to.
