Our business is over at Plot No. 88 in Industrial Area Phase 2. We’re quite close to the Amartex Chowk, which is a major landmark for anyone trying to find us. The area is filled with factories and warehouses, so there are always trucks backing in and out of the narrow gates. Our plot has a decent amount of space for our operations, though it feels smaller when we have a big shipment arriving. Inside, it’s a mix of storage racks and a small area for the staff to sit and handle the paperwork. We don't have a fancy lobby or a receptionist; usually, whoever is closest to the door greets anyone who walks in. The walls are mostly bare, and the lighting is just standard industrial tubes. It gets pretty loud during the day with the sounds of the neighborhood—drilling, hammering, and the beep-beep of forklifts. We usually take our breaks together and talk about the local sports or the traffic at the chowk. The floor is concrete and has a few cracks here and there, showing the age of the building. We aren’t trying to impress anyone with a polished look. We just want to make sure we stay on top of our daily tasks and get things shipped out. It’s a hardworking part of town, and we fit right in with the rest.
