Northern Syndicate

We are based at No. 1 Jai Singh. It is a simple address for a place that tries to keep things as uncomplicated as possible. Northern Syndicate has been around for a bit, and we’ve seen a lot of changes in the area over the years. We aren't the type of company that puts out big advertisements or has a lobby with a receptionist. Usually, if you walk in, you’ll just see a few of us at our desks or talking about a project near the window. The building itself has some character, maybe a few squeaky floorboards here and there, but it serves us well. We handle a variety of things, and our days are rarely the same. One morning might be spent on paperwork, and the next we are out meeting people or checking on things. It’s a small team, so everyone ends up doing a bit of everything. We don't have fancy titles or strict rules about who does what. If something needs to be moved or a phone needs to be answered, whoever is closest just does it. It feels more like a workshop than a corporate office. We like the independence of being a syndicate. It lets us work in a way that makes sense to us without having to answer to a big board of directors. It’s just how we prefer to run our business and live our lives. We don't need things to be polished to get the work done.
