Kyt Software Solutions Private Limited operates out of House No. 979 in Sector 26, Panchkula. It is a quiet spot, which is exactly how we like it for the kind of work we do. Writing software takes a lot of concentration, so being away from the main traffic of the city helps us quite a bit. We have set up our workstations in a way that everyone has their own space but we can still yell across the room if we get stuck on a bug. Our team isn't very big, but we have been together for a while now. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a big plus. We don't have any fancy signs outside or a lobby. It is just a house where we happen to build apps and systems. In the afternoons, we usually take a break and walk around the block just to get some air. We have some plants in the office that we try to keep alive, though we aren't always great at it. The focus is always on the code. We take on projects that interest us and try to make them as solid as possible. It is a simple life here in Haryana, just keeping the computers running and the software moving along. Sometimes the days are long, but we usually enjoy what we do.
