Jai Durga Tiles & Bricks

Jai Durga Tiles & Bricks is out on the Mouli Panchkula Ambala Highway. Being right on the highway means we see a lot of dust and a lot of trucks passing by all day long. Our yard is filled with stacks of bricks and rows of different tiles. It is a very physical business. We spend most of our time outdoors or in the open shed, loading and unloading materials. The sun can be quite harsh out here in Panchkula, so we usually start quite early to get the heavy lifting done before it gets too hot. Our hands are usually covered in red brick dust or cement. It is a straightforward operation where people pull up in their vehicles, look at what we have in stock, and we figure out how to get it to their site. We don't have a computer system that tracks everything perfectly; we mostly rely on our ledgers and knowing what is sitting in the yard. The staff here are locals who know how to handle the heavy stuff without complaining. We don't have any polished sales people or a fancy catalog. You just see the bricks and tiles for what they are. It is a bit of a rugged way to make a living, dealing with heavy loads and the weather, but it is what we know how to do. We just keep the stacks organized and help people get their building materials.
