Hot Millions - 2, Sco 196-197, Sector 17, Chandigarh

People around Sector 17 in Chandigarh know where we are. We have been at Sco 196-197 for a while now. Hot Millions - 2 is just a place where folks come to get some food when they are out shopping or working in the city center. It gets busy during the lunch hours and on weekends when families are walking around the plaza. While the shop is in Chandigarh, some of our paperwork and back-end stuff happens over at H. No. 202, Gh-11, Sector 20 in Panchkula. That is where the quiet office side of things is kept. It’s a bit of a drive between the two spots but that is how we have it set up. We mostly spend our time making sure the kitchen is running and the tables are clean for the next person who walks in. There is always something to fix or a supply order to check on. It is not a very fancy operation, just a regular spot for a meal. Most of us have been working here long enough to know the regulars by their orders. We don't really do much advertising. People just see the sign and come in. Sometimes the traffic in Sector 17 makes it hard to park, but folks still manage to find us. We just keep doing what we do every day, starting early and closing up late after the last customers leave. It’s hard work but it keeps us busy.
