G.K. Textile Enginers

Out here in Sector 7 Urban Estate, at number 845, we spend most of our time with machines. G.K. Textile Enginers isn't a massive factory, but we keep busy enough with the daily orders. The equipment takes up most of the floor space. It gets a bit noisy when everything is running at once, which is most of the time. We’ve been in this spot for a good while now. Some of us have worked together for many years. We just fix things and make sure the parts are moving like they should. It’s not a glamorous job at all. You end up with grease on your hands most days. The Urban Estate area is fairly busy, but we just stay inside and do our thing. Sometimes people come in asking for things we don't have, and we just tell them where to go. We don't have a fancy front desk or anything like that. If you walk in, you’ll probably see someone holding a wrench or looking at a blueprint. It's a lot of manual work. We drink a lot of tea to keep ourselves going throughout the shift. The lighting isn't the best in the back, but we know where everything is. We just try to get the orders out on time without too much fuss. It's an honest living for us. We don't spend much time on computers. Most of the real work happens on the shop floor. That is just how we do it.
