Capzen Technologies is based up in Pinjore, at House No. 164 in Model Town. It’s a bit different from the hectic vibes of Gurgaon or Faridabad. Pinjore is a smaller place, and being in a residential area like Model Town makes the workday feel a lot more personal. The office is actually a house, so it has that cozy, familiar feeling that you just don't get in a glass tower. We work out of the main rooms, and the kitchen is always busy with someone making coffee or heating up lunch. There isn't a lot of traffic noise here, which is a nice change. Most of the time, it’s just the sound of keyboards clicking and the occasional conversation about a project. We handle various tech-related tasks throughout the day, and because we are a small team, everyone usually ends up helping out with everything. There are no big titles or fancy corner offices here. We just sit where there’s space and get on with it. Sometimes we take a walk around the neighborhood during our break just to stretch our legs and get some fresh air. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a flashy office or expensive decorations. We just care about getting the work done right from our little base here in Pinjore. It is a peaceful place to spend the working day.
