We run Callisys Soft Solutions Private Limited out of Ambala. Our office is in Sector B of Defence Colony. If you know the area, we are quite close to Laxmi Floorna. It’s a nice part of Ambala to be based in. We chose this spot because it's relatively easy for everyone to get to. The office itself is pretty modest. We have our desks, our computers, and a small area for taking breaks and having tea. We deal with software solutions, which basically means we spend a lot of time looking at code and trying to solve problems for people. It’s not always easy, and some days are definitely longer than others. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. We are just a local group of people who enjoy working with technology. Being in Haryana, specifically in Ambala, gives us a good base. We know the local community and we like being part of it. There is no corporate polish here. We talk to each other like regular people and we don’t use a lot of jargon if we can help it. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy in the colony, but that’s just life. We focus on getting the software right and making sure we don't miss anything important. It's a steady job and we take pride in just doing what we said we would do.
