Our office is a bit different because it’s in a place called Hill Side Cottage, right near St. Peters School. It doesn’t feel like a typical business address at all. It’s more of a quiet, tucked-away spot. You can often hear the kids playing or the school bell ringing during the day, which is a nice change from the usual city noise. The cottage has a bit of an old-fashioned feel to it. We have our workspace set up inside, and it’s actually quite peaceful. We don’t have a lot of walk-in traffic because of where we are located, so we can really concentrate on our projects. The rooms are a bit small and the ceilings aren't very high, but it makes the place feel comfortable. We have a small area outside where we sometimes sit if the weather is nice. It’s definitely not a corporate environment. We don’t wear ties or have formal meetings in boardrooms. Usually, we just sit around a table and figure things out as we go. It’s a bit of a climb to get here, but the view and the quiet are worth it. Most of the people who work here live nearby, so we have a very relaxed start to the day. We just do our work, look after the equipment, and try to stay organized in our own way. It’s a simple, honest way to run a business.
