Kk Mahisagar Spnf Producer Company Limited is based over in Juna Mal, which is part of the Kadana area in Panchmahals. We use a space at Pradipsinh Indarsinh Puvar’s place, at RS No 133. It’s right in the middle of our farming community. We got this started because a bunch of us wanted to stick to natural farming ways. Mahisagar is a nice area, but farming has its own sets of problems every year. We aren't some big city business. We are just local people who know the land. Sometimes we have meetings under the shade because it gets so warm inside. We talk about the crops, the pests, and how to get everything to the market without too much trouble. It’s a lot of physical work and sometimes the paperwork gets a bit confusing, but we handle it. My neighbors and I have been farming these plots forever. We decided that forming a producer company was the right way to keep things going for the long haul. We don't really have a vision in the way books talk about it. We just want to grow good food and make enough to keep the farms running. Everyone contributes what they can. If someone’s tractor is broken or someone needs a hand with the harvest, we usually find a way to help out. It's just how life is in Juna Mal. We are just working together to keep our small bit of the world going.
