Apar Steel & Castings Private Limited is located out at Survey No. 180 in Village Barola. Being on the Halol Kalol Road means we’re a bit away from the main city buzz, which is fine by us. It’s a large plot where we do all our casting and steel work. The ground is often covered in dust, and you can hear the heavy equipment from the road. Most of the people who work here are from the nearby villages. We don’t have a fancy entrance or a lobby with a receptionist. You usually just find us out in the shed or near the machinery. It’s a lot of heavy lifting and keeping an eye on the temperature of the metals. We don't spend much time writing reports or having long discussions about strategy. If there’s an order, we fulfill it. If a truck arrives, we load it up. The weather out here in Barola can be quite harsh, especially in the summer, but we just keep the fans running and push through. It’s a very hands-on environment. We take pride in the fact that we can handle the tough jobs that require a bit of muscle and patience. We’ve been at this location for years, and it’s become a second home for most of us who work here. It is just honest work with steel and fire every day of the week.
